Schools Out!

Well, another semester down. We are so grateful to be done for the summer. We both did pretty well, grade wise. A's and B's. Can't get much better than that. Well, you can, but I am not worried about being a straight A student. I am just happy to get through the classes with a passing grade. That doesn't mean I am lazy, just some of these classes are more difficult. Nine credits stand between me and my degree. Jonathan has seventeen, but we should finish at the same time. It is great. Then who knows where the Lord will take us. He has tremendously blessed us in life. I just want to mention a few things that have been great blessings. One, my mom. She has helped us out by sending us clothes and getting us things for our little girl. Many other people have sent us clothes that have made it possible for us to clothe our child without having to spend any money on clothes. It has been a great blessing. Almost everything in our apartment has been gifts from others. From our dressers, to our couch and most recently a crib. I cannot thank the Lord enough for putting such wonderful people in my life that have blessed our family. There are several people who go through life struggling, but I have the most important things, the gospel and my family. I know without a doubt in my mind that there is a God. I know that he sent his son Jesus Christ to this earth to die that we might return to live in the presence of our father once again. I know our families and friends are here to help us learn and grow. I know that people come into our lives every day to prepare us for what may lay ahead. Life may not always be easy, but as long as we cherish the things that we do have we will always find joy. The other day I was putting the crib together and it's screws weren't the normal flat or philips screwdriver. You needed a allen wrench, I think that is what is called, but anyways, one came with our tv, so I used that on the crib. I know something so simple was a great blessing. It was just great that they were both the same size. It doesn't take much to be happy as long as you can see the simple things and notice that the Lord is in everything we do. There is no greater blessing than to know you always have someone looking out for you and you always have a family to go to when you need them. I love my family. I love my husband and my little girl. They remind me every day how much the Lord loves me, because he blessed me with them. I don't understand how I could be so blessed, but I am. I thank my husband for being so great and my little girl for always making me smile, and my family for always being there for me. I love you all.
